hey guys, i'm really excited about this new upgrade. However, i upgraded from SS 3.2 and would like to connect my Vaio Pocket to it but it gives me the error message, "The connected ATRAC Audio Device cannot be used with the currently installed SonicStage. To use with the currently installed SonicStage, you must delete all tracks in the ATRAC Audio Device or initialize the hard disk of the ATRAC Audio Device." Is there any way I can connect my Vaio Pocket and transfer songs in the new SS 3.3 without deleting all the songs off of it (cause that would be such a pain). Or how do you initialize the hard disk with it? I'm really confused and oblivious...i'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong thread. Someone pleassee help. thank you!

i'm not sure if my problem has been resolved, but oddly enough...ever since i posted my problem on the forum...the problem hasn't happened ever since (knock on wood). So i'm hoping everything is fine now, but if it does happen again..i'm assuming it would be the battery or something like that. Thanks so much everyone for your help, I really appreciate it!

Thank you for answering and sorry about the posting, however I just checked today about the power off timer and it was set to "off" already. I would think this would be the reason but since it was already put on off, i don't know what else would cause that to happen.

what happened to my post? i posted a problem im having regarding my vaio pocket randomly turning off when i don't even press the buttons and the battery is in full charge. It's been happening like once every day so far and it's really bothersome. Can someone please help me? I'm sorry if i posted this in the wrong thread.

hey guyss, as you may all know i've had my vaio pocket for about 4 months now...and just recently i've noticed that when i listen to my vaio (almost everyday on my commutes)...it randomly shuts off while i'm listening to it and i'm not pushing any buttons (everything is on hold). Does anyone know why that is? The battery is fully charged too. Just out of no where, it'll shut off and the screen will say "shutting off". I pray there's nothing wrong with is....anyone know why this is happening?

oooh you know i never realized that instead of connecting your camera to your vaio for those whose cameras don't connect with the vaio (like mine)...you can just drag and drop your pictures or ANY pictures actually to the Vaio Photo folder under My Computer (when you connect the vaio to your computer). It's so easy and I'm so glad that it works this way or I wouldn't be able to transfer my photos to the Vaio Pocket. lol sorry if someone mentioned this before.

wow just short of 24 hours?? they weren't lying huh lol. For some reason, I don't think my battery will last that long...but I haven't fully drained the battery yet from listening so I think i'm going to perform my own stress test. thanks for the info though.

hey guys...i convinced my friend to get the Vaio Pocket but we don't seem to see it anymore at Ecost. Is it completely sold out now? Anyone know anywhere else that had that awesome pricetag ($199-$240)? Please let me know. Thank you!

I use lyrics for some of my songs just b/c i think it's cool and i don't know certain songs. Yes you can view the lyrics while the song is playing but when you press play, all you have to do is scroll to the right menu (where the "play", "volume", etc. functions are) and you'll see the lyric function and just select it. Also, lyrics don't work with mp3's, they only works with ATRAC files so you're gonna have to convert. Hope that helps=)

LOL actually I don't carry it on my belt...i carry totebags all the time (i'm a girl ) so I just throw it in there and tote it around.

so i got my pdair case today in the mail (on my bday actually which was pretty cool)...and i have to say that aside from it having no screen protector (which really really sucks by the way)..i am pretty bothered by the smell of the case. It has this hugee pleathery/plastic smell to it and its soo strong. I really hope it'll eventually go away. I thought it was interesting that it came from Hong Kong..thought it was the Uk but who cares. Anyways..I'm just glad I finally have a case, and this is definitely better than nothing.
