thanks, i thought that might be the case. but i'm gonna keep playing around and see what i can muster. didn't musicmatch used to be a sony program anyway?

I've had the NW-A1000 for about a week now, and the Connect player has now done it's thing. I've installed Sonicstage which is working fine, but i'm not that enamoured with it. I have also installed Musicmatch Jukebox 10 and it does recognize the player (even prompting to download a plug-in to ensure so), but after transfering a cd in MP3 format it didn't show on the player itself. In Musicmatch you can actually select each of the individual folders that exist within the player (software, etc). Is it possible to select the corresponding folder and drop the files into it via Musicmatch? Any help with this would be great, as i would much rather prefer to use Musicmatch over the "other two", and although i use the atrac format for the sony player i do so only for file size. I'm perfectly happy to switch formats as long as the software is up to scratch. ONW
