Are we actually going to get this firmware update? I am absolutely aching for it! I have been following sony products to avoid ipods so I really would love something like this! Who doesn't like upgrades?

If i display an album say like a soundtrack in my search query in sonicstage with multiple artists, the album comes up with 1 track in them for each artist on the album, even though the album is the same name.. Is there a fix to display it so that the album is listed properly?

Seems like there are some artifacts when converting mp3s to atrac3 plus? I tried converting a 256 mp3 to 192 a3+ and the sound quality was not good at all... Anyone else get the same?

is there much of a quality difference between atrac 3 plus 256 and 192? frequency of atrac3pls 192 is quite off compared with the original, but how about we compare 192 mp3 and 192 atrac3plus?

Where did you obtain this flash upgrade? Hmm wonder if theres any flash updates for my HD1.
