I got the same case on ebay about a couple months ago. The buttons are slightly raised making it easy for you to navigate if you have big fingers. I'm very satisfied with the case even with the unprotected display. Other than that, just beware of dust being attracted to the silicon case.

Hmm... I have those silicon case before. I think they are alright but I wish there was some protection for the empty part. (The empty part exposes the screen =/).

Hi, I know that it has a "shuffle repeat" in it but I'm wondering if there's a way to play in it "shuffle" mode so the device will automatically shut off after playing nearly every song in a group. *like 15 songs*

I have a similar problem but it happened to my NW-E507. I was able to update its firmware to v.2 by booting my computer into safe mode and running the update from that. I also lowered my USB Bus Powered to 100mA so I hope that would help. *I did not contact Sony at all about my problem*
