    AVLS on MZ-R3

    Is there anyway you can turn off the AVLS on the mz-r3 without the remote on the headphones??? If not does anyone know where I can get another remote like it that has the AVLS switch on it??? My old remote accidently got smashed in my truck. Thanks in advance. Bob
