I make most of my recordings using a Sony CD walkman with digital output and my Sharp portable recorder. This is a great way to make recordings because you can go to friends homes and record in situ. However, I have not seen a portable CD player with MP3 playback and digital output. If any brand makes it, I would surely buy it.
