mmm when you transferred the tracks again were you using the backup tool? That's what i usually use that i don't get any problem.... yes i also have a NW-HD1

this is also what happened to me. Sony is big on copyrights and see what oyur trying to do as "pirating" music, so what i did was i also erasred my harddrive on my NW, because also the "code" on my NW didn't match the code on the program and installed all the music again. Tedious i know but it works
