I need a mini disk, simple to operate, to be able to download songs from the computer or cd player. I will do no live recordings, and I plan to listen to the music on a motorcycle so fidelity is not important. I had a MZ-N1 until recently (it was stolen) it met my needs but I thought hard to operate (confusing to me). It may still be the best choice, but need imput before I buy again. Ralph
