I read that even with the expanders you still dont' get full range ?

the kenwood one looks better than the xplod one, but then it wouldn't control my cd changer.

first post, and its bad news. my car head unit (7900) kicked the bucket after about 6 years, and now I am in a dilemma. I can only find that hideous "xplod" 680, and slim pickings on eBay. where can I find a dash unit ? (it has to be sony, I have a CD changer in the car) does anyone convert the japanese models for usa ? what are my options ? please help, I am doing INSANE without tunes.
