Hi, I'm having trouble updating my NW-E407 to firmware v2. Every time I try it, I get as far as 99% before everything freezes up. After a minute or two, I get a message saying that the update has timed out and I should retry. However, by this point, the computer doesn't recognise that there's a device connected and I have to use the reset button to get any life from the player. I'm using Windows XP Home; the device is on a USB 2 port, though I tried the update with the device setting to 'USB Low Power' with no success; everything else works fine; I've tried it with all other USBs disconnected (modem and printer)... Please help! Mark
