Are there any Repair Houses in the US (or abroad) that specialize exclusively in the repair of MD Recorders/Players, that I can mail my MD portable to have serviced? Trying to avoid having it sent into the local 'general electronics' repair center, which messed up the last MD recorder I sent for them to service for me.

Just purchased an MD Head/Lens cleaner, hoping it will solve a small problem I had with my Sharp IM-MT880.....There was a small 'click' in the audio when I played back a recording I made with it (of a radio station).....The click varied in length (but always much less than a second) when played back over several instances....So far, this has only happened once. Generally speaking, what are the casualties of a dirty MD record head?
