The MZ-N810 has mic-in etc. It's the MZ-E810 that is Sony's new Net MD only recorder. The MZ-N810 was what he was asking about.

It could be the brand of battery. My 510 didn't like eveready batteries at all. would say low battery after 1 song. My advice, get some good rechargeables or an AC adaptor.

I say go for it!! We could use a good programmer like you so that one day we may just have NetMD uploads! *Sigh* :| If only...... Plus ANYTHING except OpenMG would nice! Cheers, Coinslot
