Hi,
Last week recorded the local choir onto Mini Disc intending to burn onto CD,
We recorded several tracks and played the back for the conductor to hear and comment on. Tracks were selected and timings taken. The machine was then taken away but the Disc was never removed.
As far as I was aware, there was some time before the power was disconnected, but the following morning the words BLANK DISC were displayed. Now I have taken advice from some professional in the business (one reason I am on here) and now know all about the TOC and how that works. For some reason the TOC was lost and I cannot explain why. I have tried replicating the problem but cannot get the machine to repeat what happened. I have even tried unplugging the mains as it writing the TOC, but it sill appears to have no effect.
I am going back to re-record tonight.
Was it faulty disc or machine problem It is a Goodman CD/mini combo
The machine was left in the car for an hour and it was cold that night and as I say, the disc was never removed.
Any help would be appreciated.
Ron
