I hear all this talk about adding some mz-r900 functions to an r700. Will someone post directions, step by step for doing it to an r700? thanks

There is a gap between the lid of my MZ-R700 and the rest of the player, in the upper left hand corner when I close it. The gap is a lot smaller on all the other sides. On the side of the player there are a few tiny screws. I am wondering if they have anything to do with it. Also, is this problem fixable on my own. If anyone is an MD tech or knows what is wrong, please reply. thanks
