i cannot get the net MD(walkman MZ-NE-410 to install!on XP,it also failed on wins 2000 pro machine i have! I have the latest update software,the wizard starts to instll then says " error occured during installation,device access denied"???? HELP!!!!!!

Net MD MZ-N505 lid will not close-not snap shut and hold,I even tried taping it force it shut,but it wont engage correctly to play Either someone has a tip to help me repair myself,or ill have to buy another, as live in another country far from Canada, where bought it!
