  1. Thank you all for the referrals and responses. I was able to find someone locally that I can make the deal with:) It was a decision of convenience mostly. Really appreciate your interest in the players. And sorry to those I didn't get a chance to reply in time due to the time difference here and busy work. Good luck to you all and enjoy your Sony equipment in good health!
  2. Wow! Been so many years! Great to know this forum's still full of excitement! Brings back the memories.

  3. Remember those good ol' days updating Eric with MD news. But now I'm short on cash so selling all my equipment. INT'L Delivery possible. Let's start with the MZ-EH1 HiMD players (Black and Silver units) from Japan. Been so long that I have to check to see what other equiment I have other than these. BRAND NEW! NEVER USED! Photos available upon request. Will try to post them later as well. I'm a clean freak and germaphobe so the unit's wrapped in GLAD wrap the minute I get them. So no fingerprints or scratches for so many years! Just like they were back when they first came out. Had sold to many Minidisc Comm members aroudn 2003 - 2004. I'm very reliable and received very good comments from buyers. Used to have a webpage called www.primarycolors.com/minidisc/ with photos and details, if anyone remembers. Care to give an offer? Really hard to remember the prices when I got them. Will check later! THANKS GUYS!
  4. Specs are great but I'm really concerned with the exterior appearances. I think it really is true that Sony is at a financial low. We hear reports of Sony cutting jobs everywhere. And I've noticed that the craftsmanship of sony electronics in recent years have gone downhill for the most part. The fit and finish of their products are not nearly as good as before. Trying to be the "thinnest", they made the top and bottom lid of the E10 so thin that you can crush it with your hand. Saves cost I guess. Now lets look at these new Hi-MD units, all of them incorporate large portions of PLASTIC, even for control panel of the NH1 (as shown in the CES photos). Some units are even made entirely of plastic. I don't think this is trend setting from an aesthetic point of view. The only machine that I don't see plastic is with the Japanese EH1. I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed that the back side is the same as the front.
  5. Just lowered my prices:  You can now pay with Western Union or PayPal! New N10 for 260 including 5-pack Bianca blanks +shipping of your choice Like-New E10 for 185 including 5-pack Bianca blanks +shipping of your choice (or best offer) This seems to work better, thanks to those who contributed opinions!
  6. Thanks Guest for your suggestion. I think I can manage that price too. But... There IS a difference between the two models. Mine is Japanese and that is the US model. I think they have different software, packaging, remote and earphones. I don't think the US remote desplays Kanji or Chinese characters. I'm also including new 5-pack Bianca blanks with my units. I've bought, I think, a Sony 20th anniversary cassette walkman from etronics. There is also sometimes a chance that they might have opened packages restocked and sold as new items. Am I right? I once returned a MZ-E30 to Crutchfield because it was defective, but it was perfect from the outside including the box. So how can anyone tell? Don't mean to be controntational, just trying to justify my prices. But I am willing to take more cuts on my prices if anyone is interested. Thanks
  7. Hi guys, I've followed the community since '96, but I just registered at the forum. I love MD and collect MD...BUT: Well, I've been a collector of MD units for many years. I have a long list of equipments. But now I need to stop this never-ending shopping spree for more and newer equipment due to personal reasons. This pains me so, but I'm selling most of my stuff. And I need help on pricing and more importantly, BUYERS! But I'll always continue my support of the MD format. My link: www.primarycolors.com.cn/MD_for_sale.html Mint N10 silver(used with extreme care for less than a week, by putting unit in a real soft plastic kitchen bag first then operating it from outside, never having hands come in direct contact with the unit, ): 285 USD+shipping or best offer E10 light gold for 200 USD+shipping or best offer and much more! All units are in mint or near-mint condition since I collect and don't really use most of my stuff! I think my prices are reasonable considering the really excellent or PERFECT conditions they are in. If you have suggestions to my pricing or if you want to give me your best offer, don't hesitate to contact me. I can put them on Ebay as well! BR, WILLIAM
