  1. Hi I'm off to Uni to study my MA in Computer Animation in only a few hours and need a link to the Real site with the MD plugin for my new pc. This PC has it installed but I need the setup file or whatever to save to disc and transfer to the new pc. Woul simply hooking the hard disk into the new one and copying the WHOLE Real folder work or is there funny registration or installation files that would mess this up? Please a URL to save target as, or any advice would help very soon!
  2. Can someone simply give me the pros and cons of each software available. I've found after much messing about: SONY SONICSTAGE- Impressive looking but far too user unfriendly with an akward checkin/checkout system. SIMPLE BURNER- Only good for simple CD->MD but track names showed as blacked out in my XP. REALONE [+NETMD CODEC]- Slow load up times and annoying 'My Library' that constantly needs refreshing. You cant retitly off MD but you can title clips to be added in the library section. You can't change order of tracks on MD. but you can add any audio clips, and burn to MD with options to change atrac quality etc. Can anyone improve this naming the software or others, what extras are needed, simply listing pros and cons without jargon and then possibly urls for s/ware? The software out there right now doesnt seem so great. I wish for the simplicity of burning audio CDs out of Nero or playing about with MP3s on a USB memory device like a hard drive. I hate all this talk of having to use 3 different softwares for one task. It's like encoding or converting DivXs to SVCDs, having to learn and use all these long winded different programs! After having my MVN710 for only a few days I'm already wondering if I should of bought a mp3 player with a memory stick. Anyway can anyone help and put up a simple pros and cons list of software available. Cheers
  3. Hi does anyone know if its alright or safe to use the NH14WM battery with the Sony MZN710? It comes with a NH10WM. Any reason for the lower capacity battery? http://www.avland.co.uk/sony/nh14wm/ seems to think the NH14WM is ok with it. I found my Sony Mt877 drained the NH14WM far too quick and after 2years or so it would only last an hour or so. as it was only 2years or so I didnt think it should be that bad so guessed it was probably the chargin components broke and for the new sony netmd.
