Not necessarily a suggestion but I had the same problem with an MZ-n910 that I was able to unstick by hitting it in the direction I judged the sled needed to go. "Hitting" means almost as hard as you'd tap a pack of cigarettes before opening it, not more. I had nothing to lose.
