Thanks . I am thinking about buying a new Sony MD recorder from Radio Shack, since they just reduced the regular price from $129 to $99! And it only uses 1 AA battery. (I can't remember the model number).

My Sharp MD-MT15 recorder is almost 4 years old. A few months ago, it started making a clicking noise during recording and playback. A few weeks ago, I got a TOC ERRORb error message when I tried to record or playback a disc. Now I get a NO DISC error message when I try to record or playback. Is this worth fixing, or should I get a new MD recorder?
