mAjEsTiC: have u been able to fix ur 722? anyone else know how I can get it to record again? I don't care if I can't "play" from the unit (I can from the remote), but I need to be able to record! Hopefully, I will be upgrading in a few months.

Hi there I will be upgrading from my Sharp MD-MS722 in a few months. I have been looking on the main site and through the forums, and realise there is a lot of information to digest. Can anyone summarise the main features (and advantages) of the top units (both Sharp and Sony)? I want NetMD. i.e. Battery Life Output Level (I believe Sharp has the best - 8mW) Features (I like the "group" function, do they all have this?) Jog-Dial? thanks!
