What do you mean it uses a 4-prong? isn't the plug to the remote just a normal one like on my brothers MT-77? =/

Although I've been using minidisc for a few years now, I think it's time to replace my dying MZ-R900. So I'm looking to replace it with either a NetMD unit or a high capacity Mp3 player. (I'm edging towards the NetMD) So the units I'm comparing right now are The Aiwa AM-NX1, Panasonic SJ-MR250, Sharp IM-DR80 and Sony MZ-N10 Which are all in my current price range. Now what I want to know is which one would offer the best sound overall through my Sony SP-E888 earbuds? Bass and treble are both important to me. I also want to know which ones seem to be more reliable, and have the most features. Size isn't really an Issue, but I would like it to be still a lil smaller than my MZ-R900. Also, how bout ease of use as well. Thanks for your help!
