Hi, does anyone know the part number for the HD5 buttons (and has perhaps a picture of the buttons itself)? Yes, they are cracked. I can not find this part in the service manual listed, only at an etailer http://jr.partsearch.com/Part/Sony/Sony/NW...029111/New.aspx but first I want to be sure to order the right part. Thanks.

Hi ATRAC-fans! I had a Sony MZ-N1 MiniDisc Recorder (NETMD, 1rst gen) I got a NW-HD5, so my Md went to one of my friends, but he is experiencing some problems with it: Failed to exchange encryption key Failed authentication These two messages keep poping up when he tries to transfer music using the mentioned softwares, does anybody know what to do? He is using Windows XP with SP2, the same OS I have been using, and I never experienced a problem at all, ever! The softwares refuse to transfer more songs to an MD than 4, but the discs can be filled using two 74min songs using MDLP mode 2.

I have the same problem, the limited sorting options, I downloaded Ss3.4 today, and it is still the same. Why?? It can not be that hard, since there are nice options to sort music if i want to sort my library...
