Lilac Cow

Hi. I recently tried to install OpenMG Jukebox on my pc to use with my Sony MZ-N1. But the software would not recognise the player, saying 'external device/media not found' (although on the minidisc unit, it said PC<->MD onscreen when it was plugged in). So I decided to uninstall the software & install again as I'm not sure whether I connected the minidisc to the pc before installing the software (very bad, apparently.) But I can't uninstall it, either using the installation disc (no uninstall option) or using Add/remove programs. I'm running Win XP. Any suggestions?
