I'm looking at the MZ-NF810CK but it comes with a bunch of stuff I don't need. Now that I did some reading, it looks like USB uploading may not be possible, so I might leave that feature out.

I was disappointed when buying an MD recently at bestbuy (not sure the model) but it said record from radio, cd, or pc. So naturally I assumed it had an audio jack. Nope, it has an optical in jack. What a bunch of BS. So what I need is this: Analog in USB uploading Portable (AA battery preferably) I can't wait for HI-MD so this has to be one that is out currently. Purpose: Recording ghosts/paranormal activity Regular casette causes too much background noise and hiss, and I think this would be perfect.
