I can´t get my SonicStage started: I have a new PC with Windows XP on it. I also have Creative MediaSource software. I think I need this software for my speaker system.
On my old computer (Windows 98se) I never had problems with SonicStage. Is it possible that I have a software conflict? The customer helpline at Creative didn´t know about any such conflicts.
The error message goes like this: "cannot find the database file or the database file is corrupt. Click ok to recover or click cancel." When I go for "ok" I get another message: "cannot recover the database file, click ok to copy the empty database file." And then, Sonic Stage craches (omgjbox.exe has encountered a problem).
Any ideas? I am getting a little frustrated...
