I am interested in the MD because the mic recording quality is good on the two (Sharp) machines I have tested up to now. I am not sure if competitive technologies can match this quality. So the MD does have priority. The wireless remote function is very practical if you want to control your machine in large room, e.g. dancing sessions.

I am looking for a portable MD recorder with variable playback speed, wireless remote control, and USB interface. Thx for a tip.
