At the NAB2006 convention this week, Sony pro audio was showing the MZ-M200, which is the "pro" version of the MZ-RH1. Like the M10 and M100 Hi-MD machines, the M200 has an all-black finish and will come bundled with a Sony mic. Delivery of the M200 is supposed to begin in a few weeks. I wouldn't be surprized if the USA RH1 has a silver finish to distinguish it from the more expensive M200. Flintstone

Are there any remotes for Sony recorders (MD or Hi-MD) that can power the recorder on and off? The Sharp IM-DR580 (sold as IM-DR80 in Japan) has a remote control that includes buttons to power up the MD, start recording, stop recording, and power off.
