Does anyone have a comfortable set of earbuds that they recommend? Mid priced, and durablility would be nice. (Do not need volume controller or noise cancelling)

Hey, I am new to the Minidisc world, including this Minidisc forum. Anywho, I was just wondering if there are any hacks that will enhance the FM tuner (because it really really cannot grab a clear signal). Also, is there a hack that will give me a M-Timer, without disabling or changing features/button layout? Thanks.
