i have a mz-r700pc and did the hack to upgrade to a 900 model, but on finishing. i couldn't exit service mode. if i go to 0.24 assy, the spinning disc icon is missing now. have i ruined it? is there something i can do? will i have to go to a sony service outlet?

i did the hack to upgrade my mz-r700pc to a 900 model and now i cant exit service mode no matter how closely i follow the instructions. help!!!

i've done the hack and now can't get out of service mode. i've gone to 0.24, pressed pause and turned off the power a few times but am still stuck in service mode. i don't have a pre-recorded minidisc to do it the sony way so what am i going to do!!!???
