what about the MZ-NF610. I know that it has radio, but what about the quality of the model. Have you heard anything about them??

Money isn't that important, although i am not really after that much. I have no need for radio, and i don't really want to record from any source other than the computer, so I was only considering the basic N410 model. I am trying to find another reason to pick up a more expensive model, but havent really found one yet. I guess a remote would be ok, but it is not really that important. Is there any other reason for getting a better model??

Ok, so how does it work, uploading from a computer to a netmd minidisc. I have looked for information on this, but have been unable to find it. From what I have understood, you connect the minidisc to a computer by a usb capable, so there is some sort of digital upload. Thanks for your answer, I am thinking about buying a minidisc player, and would like to find out more information.

I have read somewhere that on the netmd models, it is not possible to upload files from the computer at less than the 2x record. This has something to do with the fact that the units/ or software only support atrac3. Can anyone confirm this??
