Hi, I'm new to MDs and am looking at an affordable solution for recording a few ambient sounds for a game I'm modding. So I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what MD recorder and mic would be suitable for recording some outdoor as well as indoor ambient sounds? I want to transfer the sounds onto my laptop (mic input) when I have recorded them. I want a fairly decent volume when recording and a decent sound quality. Doesn't have to be anywhere near perfect though. Don't want to spend any more than I need to, probably try to find stuff on ebay and I'm not too concerned about the music side of things really. It's mainly the sound recording I'm looking for. Any suggestions advice or alternatives very welcome, Thanks!
