I have a seldom-used Sony MDS-JB940 for sale. This is one of the last models of the pro-line units that Sony made, and one of the very last units produced of this model. I bought it new in late 2001, and have used it seldomly (I mainly use a Sharp portable, as I am a musician that records live shows frequently). My aim was to use this deck for dubbing my LP's, but only did a handful before I started loading the albums directly onto my computer to clean them up.
The deck has resided in my humidity-controlled music room, looks perfect and works flawlessly. I still have the manuals and carton. I would like to get $300 for the deck.
