when trying to download the other service manuals, it works fine as they are .zip files, whereas this one is a .pdf, so i thought maybe my Acrobat reader was the problem, but upon a reinstall, the same thing happens, so i think that there is a fault with the page

for some reason i can't view the NW-A1000 service manual, although i'm logged in , when i click to agree to download, it gets stuck and won't display the file. Any suggestions?
