there is an older program called OpenMG!I don't know where to download it(it was on my cd.for the full install got to www.connect.com

If this is true,somebody should wrtie to sony that there is such a problem!I mean for the next update of sonicstage the problem could be fixed.Im realy shocked that this happens to high-end software and MDs...I will wate till the next realise of the software and new Hi-MDs :wacky:

I know that there is no support anymore,but I tried sonicstage and it slwos down my whole pc! my questions... 1.does OpenMG save the encoded files(from mp3->MD) on the Pc?if so,where? 2.does openMG has problems with VBR Mp3s?I read that in the forum,but I was never abel to see such problems...probbaly I never used an VBR Mp3. Im realy sorry that I ask this for an unsupported software,but every help would be appriciated

ok,but is there an driver for the MZ-N505 on the soncstage software(the one form connect.com)? and why do I have to delet openmg everywhere? thanks in advance

hey! I bought around 2 years ago the MZ-N505 on an CD I found OpenMG 2.2! The software seems to eb realy old....from 2001! I want to update to sonicstage because I heard I can copy my music as many times as I want.well...openMg is buggy I think! my questions: 1.does it run on a Windows Xp SP1 500 MGH PC with 128MB ram? 2.is it compatible with my MD? 3.Do I have to register OpenMG2.2 before I update!? 4.Is sonicstage much better Thank you very much guys!Im an MD lover since 5 years
