Recently I've been experiencing some problems with my Sony n707 NetMD player: basically it plays any previously recorded MDs ok, no problems here. But whenever I try to record any new MDs or add to existing MDs it simply refuses to transfer the songs. This has happened with a number of MDs so it would seem as if the player is at fault. I have tried a number of recording methods to no avail. This is a real problem, moreover whenever I take out the MD itself or the battery the next time I try to play the disc it comes up as blank. For some reason the unit is taking it upon itself to wipe the MD, this has happened with some discs that have been full of music as well as blanks. Does anyone know what the problem is here, and, more importantly how I can fix it? Thanks.
