I've had a mini disc for quite awhile and at one time it worked perfectly, but now I cannot transfer music to the mini disc from my computer. I have reinstalled sonicstage and I now have the latest version (V2.1.01.06920) and I still get the same message when trying to transfer songs "Cannot convert the specified track. SonicStage does not support the file format of the track." and It does that for every file type I have. Also, I have tried Realplayer but that also failed. I've contacted sony customer service and as I expected they were no help so please respond if you know how to fix this problem.
P.S. I am running Windows Xp Home and I have a MZ-NE410 model.
