Ah sounds cool, is it it easy to do? Any ideas on repairing my MD?

Can she record in realtime through the USB cable?

So theres no easy way for me to give her some mp3s and dump them onto an MD? she has to manually record them?

A friend of mine is giving me an old Sony Mzr55, yes, very old, but it doesnt record. so 1) Does anyone have any ideas what can be wrong with the recording ? I plan on trying to fix it, I have plenty of experience fixing electronics, never touched an MD tho, so any suggestions as to what to look for 2) Another friend has a Net MD, can she record songs onto an MD for me and will it play in the Mzr55? Will she need to set some special format? thanks Eddie
