"The bug is triggered by .m3u playlists that contain over 1000 characters and there are already sample exploits floating around, so those of you still rocking the ATRAC action may want to avoid downloaded playlists until things get patched up."

Argos in the UK is selling the excellent Sony NW-S706 (black colour) for £59.99 ! That means you would need to visit the Argos Store to find out whether it is in stock or not. My guess is that Argos may only have very limited stock of this model left in their stores.

I have recently installed the Sony Connect CP4 software and used it to rip audio files from my own CDs into AAC format. I wonder is there a more up to date Firmware Update for the NW-HD5H player that enables it to play the AAC files without the need for conversion? Thanks.
