Hi, There have been references in posts and websites about Sony's announcement to release a free piece of software entitled "Wave Converter" this fall (2004). Apparently, this software will allow one to convert analog recordings (i.e., those made with an external mic) to any other format (i.e., WAV, AIFF, MP3). Can anyone tell me where Sony's announcement was posted? Is this announcement rumour or fact? Thanks! Mnium Canada
