I just got an '800, and use it to play back audio books.
It's nice, when playing back an hour-long file, to have the playback pick-up with the exact point of a file when I turn it on after shutting the player down. It would be very nice if this worked even after swaping disc out and back in.
Default behavior is to reset the disc, so it plays from the start of the first track. Is there a setting to change this behavior. The manual is a little difficult to figure out. Seem's to me that 'bookmark' is the function that might do this, but the manual describes something rather different for that function.
