I used the search but found nothing matching my problem :wink: I found my good old Sharp MD-MT20 and wanted to record some audio-cd's on md's using my pc and the SPDIF on my Abit AN7. After connecting the optical cable the red light turned on in the cable. But when playing an Audio-CD with the mediaplayer i can't record it. My Sharp alwas says "can't copy". In the manual it's written that, if "can't copy" is displayed, it's because of SCMS-protection. But how can i copy any type of music (mp3, midi, wav, cd) on the md? Is there any software for playing music that don't send an SCMS signal??? Thanks for your help
