  1. One solution lQQks like I will have to upload using my sound card when recording in anything other than Hi-MD or MD (MDLP), Right ? http://forums.minidisc.org/viewtopic.php?t=3887. Will I be able to upload (transfer) to my P.C. if I record my music from the radio ( t.v. digital cable music) in Hi-Md or MD (MDLP) using a GB md ? I'll play around with this on the weekend and let you guys know what happens, if I dont get an answer )respond) before this weekend. It seems like it should work as long if not recorded in a NetMD format (SP stero,LP2,LP4, and Mono). Holla
  2. O'k Gurru'z , I just downloaded the 2.2 SS software to my computer from .connect so that I can transfer the music I copied from the radio in LP4 mode . The process seams pretty straight foward (not) ! My transfer mode when transferring is set to standard (NetMed), then I would click the title to be selected, hit transfer, and sit back and wait (yeah right):wacky: . Anyway, as the transfer seems to takes place, it will display ( in a red bar) and stop at 35% ,a few second later I would get a display registering 100% (in a green bar) with no transfer to my library (computer) music file. Any help would be appreciated  . Thanks
  3. Cheesy stock mirrors that dont flow with the bike, which diffenitly need to be Rhythmize  http://busafied.com/phpbb/album_pic.php?pic_id=11 This is where I am at currently with making a new set rear view mirrors for old girl (Medusa). Next will be to level out the surface to prepare for making the mold to pull parts (production) Frontshot http://busafied.com/phpbb/album_pic.php?pic_id=8 Rear shot minus the mirror http://busafied.com/phpbb/album_pic.php?pic_id=9 This is just sample of what I do. I could PM you some of my personally made indiglo gauges I made as well with other kind of trick modz I fabricated and modified for bikes. You shoudl here the bumpn sound system I just finish adding to her. Alright K, I gotta get back to the lab to finish up .
  4. I'll post a photo of my lastest project (custom mirrors with housing) when I get home this morning, it is in the developement stages (clay model), so just use your imagination.
  5. Thank you Aeriyn . I shouldn't have any problem with getting any type of studio headset to fit inside my helmet. My favorite saying is , I got Mo Time Than Money
  6. Will do and good lQQkn out Kurisu. Currently Im working on a few winter bike projects doing custom fabrication, so it might be a minute before I get over there to get the scoop and holla back with you Playaz. I wish you knew more too  , but you and the other helpful peepz here diffiently always come back with helpful tipz. Mini Disc Community
  7. This site is off da hook, nothing but good info. I just came across an earlier write up by Ppk3000 on the NH1 called out the box review which covered a few thing including the battery life.
  8. Thanks for the heads up aeriyn
  9. Man, dont say that ! So, what is an average lenght of time, I should expect to normally get from the NH1, with normal usage of pressing the function keys (scrolling, searching). I was only getting 7 to 9 hr of play time when it is rated at 16 hr (totally unsat).
  10. Or maybe I should go with the Porta Corda Amp http://www.aerostich.com/riderwearhouse.fi...N/catalogs/1201. Hmmmmmmmmmm decision //////////decision
  11. The amp is a must for motorcycle riding , just in case if wanted to know why I included it in my setup.
  12. Hey kurisu, I dont want to spend no more than $150 for a set of canz and will be modifying them to fit my motorcycle Arai helmet. I will have to determine the weakiest link between the MZ-NH1 unit and SoundPro SP-HBA-2Headbanger headphone amp before I can decide on a set of cans. There is no need to drop down a whole bunch of loot on a nice azz set of cans since I cant hear above 20Hz and my setup (unit and amp)cant push them to the hi limit (Hi's and LO's)I have been seeing on some these hi fidelity cans, right. Based on my reasoning and setup above and the spec on the NH1, what would be your proffessional choice on a set of canz for me ? The headphone amp unit can be found at www.minidisco.com. Thanks Playa !
  13. Okay fellaz, can someone please tell me what the output pwr is from this unit or what "headphone pwr range" (not brand type) should I be looking for that is compatable with the MZ-NH1? I cant seem to find a tech sheet that list the output pwr for this unit. So before my new family member arrives (MZ-NH1), I would like to purchase a reasonable set of cans based on the no#s(specs).
  14. I on it champ, good lQQkn.
  15. Thanks for the welcome aboard Kurisu . What seemed to be a bump was a re-edited post, so just deleted it (Oppzzzzzzz) I purchased the unit from a chain store called Best Buy online for only $349, since they're not currently available in the stores at this time. Hopefully the unit will arrive between the 9th and 12 of this month, till then I'll just keep using this unwanted 20 gig MP3 player (IRIVER) . It is an O'k unit other than it just doesnt last a damn on a single charge , I can to only get 7 to 9 hrs of play time max if I just let it play without "touching" any of the unit buttons. The dayuum thing is rated @ 16 hrs of play time (yeah right) . It has some pretty cool features, for example I can download and view text messages (directions) from Map Quest or Jpeg and Bmp format for downloading photos of the map direction page by page. This is a really nice unit if you decide to hit the road on a motorcycle and want all you favorite MP3 tunes including radio reception, map direction ,photos etc. as long as your plugged into a D.C. powersource of coures . Your too generous, you da man Playa !
  16. Also, thanks for the link http://audacity.sourceforge.net/windows.php
  17. Good lQQKn out Dex
  18. For my first post I would like to say two things ,wuzzzzz up and that this is a nice and informative site you playaz have here. Also in refference to the NZ-MH1 portable player, does the included sofware include music editing , also can I use my home unit (LP2 MXD3 )for editing as well when using a HI-MD ?
