Double

the message says: "Omgjbox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." then it asks me if i wanna send an error report to microsoft or not. I'm using Windows Xp Professionnal and the file that I'm tryin to open is a mp3. I gotta open the file before I can transfer it to my Minidisk player and I cant open it. Dunno whats the problem.. it used to work before i formatted my comp

Each time that i try to open a file in sonicstage there's an error message that appears and closes the program.. can any1 help me? thx
