I just bought a Sony S1 which seems to be the only model available with a line-input that is currently on the market for less than $200. I haven't even recieved it yet!!!! I should be getting it A DAY before I leave for Germany and Vienna, and from what I am seeing on these forums, I might have problems getting my MD to work correctly right away. I have a mix of downloaded mp3's and cd's that I want to transfer to my MD before I leave, but I really only have about a 5 hour window before I leave. Is there any particular software to download that seems to work well or am I stuck with the "stock" software that MAY cause problems. Any help in advance? I'm also running Windows SP-2, is this gonna be a new problem with recording? Thanks?
