What otaku san, is saying is, you cant record your tracks to pc, without using analogue. Corect me if im wrong.

SONY sure know how to allienate their customers. Particlarly here in the UK where no one has ever even heard of MD, they need to make it practicle and usefull, for various would be users. But sonic stage never fails to displease, EVERYBODY. The quallity of the software is psss poor. I could write better myself. I am in the market for a new recorder, so I found this forum, im glad to hear about, the new HIMD, but figured there wouldnt be any change in the system while SONY is pulling the strings, whats wrong with those people anyhow, they were the best, but now I would rather have a samsung, REALLY.

I bought the first(and only) net md recorder to arrive in england, (cant remember i think n10), only to descover what i wanted it to do ( back up my mds onto pc it would not do. I descovered md in japan, where people rarely buy anything else and ALL my music is stored on md. I wanted to quickly upload it all on to pc, but the software which was absolute shtte anyway said i was forbidden. In addition to this the USB conexion kept knocking out my PC. it went straight back to the shop and i vowed never to buy one again. Asides from the micky mouse sonic stage software, i find a lot of sony gear is rapidly going down hill. I bought a video camera before coming to UK. It was pants, when i looked on the bottom MADE IN CHINA, that wasnt what i paid the money 4. Same with the N10 My brother bought one here in the UK from a different company made in Japan and it is 100 times better. It seems to me the only thing sony is interested in is the profits these days and quallity and service is coming a very poor second. If anyone else feels the same, lets here about it. As far as MD is concerned im its greatest fan, and am doing my best to spread the word though its not catching on here in the UK
