The Depency walker points to one dll which takes longer to load. But this was only a function to ensure that internet is connected. Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export function in a delay-load dependent module. MPR.dll WNetRestoreConnectionA (has a red symbol in the PI column) How can I see if one dll is older than the one which is required?
-
I have tried both. What should I find with the depenciy walker? The filecheck from Windows didnt find any errors.

yes its inside that temp folder but then inside the temp folder there is a folder named like this: {2342-234fe...} i think this id is automatically created everytime you download the install files. But inside that folder there is a folder named "Extract". I have saved my install files also from there.

Yes I have no codecs installed because I had problems with them already with OpenMG some time ago At least no codec packs. Codecs are always on your pc ^^ I now tried the second Fix but still it doesn't work.

I have tried to make a clean uninstall like described in that link from RichM but it didn't help. Also this Windows Fix did not help. Same problem.

I had installed SP2 for exactly 30 Minutes. After recognizing that my Graphics Card did only work in PCI Mode, my Internet Connection slowed down, my DVD Burner hasnt been detected, the IE asks on every popup if it should display it (what is even more annoying than just closing the popups) and that a lots of programs just didnt want to start i restored my SP1 Backup again. I see no use in SP2 except that it makes everything more complicate since i would have to upgrade nearly every driver and every program on my pc. But for what? For a personal firewall and 300 new bugs?

I'm from Europe (Germany) to solve your question. I think it has something to do with the Microsoft Drivers which are used to open access databanks. I dont believe that a complete reinstall of the program would solve this but i can try
-
search for a folder named "Extract" There should be all files you need to install it. Check if the folder is around 40 MB to be sure you have found the right folder

After a new install the message that one program is missing is not there anymore. But the first problem still wont go away Since 2.1 i can start the database convert from the start menu. If I do that it says that the database cannot be converted because it is not new enough. I wonder because i initialized a new one after deleting the old and still this message is displayed. Maybe there are some corrupt drivers for the database?
-
yes, i installed it but it makes more problems than 2.0 It keeps the message from above and additionally displays that it cannot find a program which is needed. But which program exactly is not displayed.

The downloader from connect.com only offers Sonic Stage 2.1. Where to get 2.2?

All you can do is look in side if you can find some cold soldered connections at the connector where you put the headphones in. If you find one you can try to resolder it. But before doing this you should rather send it in to sony if you have warranty left. By trying to repair it yourself you could do more damage than you would solve.
