I think the paypal will work if you connect your player with disc in it and then open the trail software. Then click on the link. I was going to buy it, but changed my mind, but the Paypal link did work for me.

I use Grado's SR60's.....sound great!

Hi ....I had the same problem on one puter.....I could not get past the install, always came up with error. Finally I got it to install by exporling the install disc and doing each program one at a time. It was a pain. Also do not forget to install drivers for the unit. That is how I got mine to work. :grin: Good luck!
