Big Jimbo

Hi. I'm new to the forum. I hope this hasn't been bandied about too often before, but I recorded from my iTunes about six hours of downloaded archived Air America Radio shows onto my Sony MDLP, and with five minute intervals set it came out to about 65 tracks, but when I played it on my Sharp player MDLP it only read 26 tracks. I took the Sharp into the shop and it is there now, but I'm wondering if any of you know what is going on.
