I used NH-700 to record conference speakers in Hi-MD format with great results. Only problem is that the equipment used to copy these talks onto cassette tapes can't read this format. (The organisation is a small charity and we provide tapes of talks for members who can't attend the meetings. It has used minidisc recorders for years - but in my naivety I hadn't realised there were different formats). So I transferred the talks to my PC using Sonic Stage and then recorded them onto minidisc in Net-MD format (which was the only other option it offered). Unfortunately - as I now realise - this isn't much help as the equipment can't read that either. I can now play the talks from my PC through the PC's speakers and I can play them on my NH-700. Can anyone tell me a simple way of either recording them in "old" MD format and/or how to transfer them from my PC to a cassette tape? or to a CD, playable through ordinary CD player?
