Done all this still does not work(ver 2) but ver 1 does.

Hi i am using win XP with service pack 2. plus this always happens upon start up.

md simple burner use to work, but since i upgraded to ss.2.3 (connect) on sart up of computer all i get is a message that says ' A fatal error has accured, to correct reboot, if not reistall software' both rebooting or reinstalling software does not help. Can any one help me please.
